The ancient art of yoga offers immense benefits for kids! From meditation and mindfulness to self-expression and awareness, it's never too early to start practicing yoga. The third and fourth Thursday of the month from 5:30-6:00, Miss Erica will engage little yogis at the CHPL through yoga poses, breathing exercises, and music. Kidding Around Yoga is for kids ages 3 to 10. This program is 30 minutes and starts at 5:30-6:00. Please look at the schedule because age groups do change weekly. Registraion is required. 

November 18 ages 3-5

January 20 ages 3-5

January 27 ages 4-10
