Let's get moving!

Work out with local fitness instructor, Janelle St. Martin, using fitness balls, exercise bands, and dumbbells. 

Strengthen muscles, increase range of motion, and improve coordination with both sitting and standing exercises.

Workout equipment provided or can you bring your own.   A joint-friendly class.

Please consult with your doctor before starting any exercise program.

Program offered weekly on Wednesdays -- 1st floor of library.
