Let's get moving!

Join fitness instructor Janelle St. Martin for Move It! Low impact, joint-friendly exercises that use stability balls, resistence bands, and dumbbells. 

Strengthen muscles, increase range of motion, and improve coordination with both sitting and standing exercises.

Please consult with your doctor before beginning an exercise program.

Ages 19+. Program located on first floor of library. Workout equipment provided but feel free to bring your own.
